(when on the road) Keep It Simple, Stranger

(In response to this week's challenge)

Amidst the hurricane of mundane life, I took a several days break with the family and we all traveled to Berlin.
Been there several times on business, but this time was a first as a tourist.

We got a mini suite at Kempinski Bristol, an old-time hotel which feels almost like a time capsule to days bygone.

In our room. A wooden table, simple in shape and form, the hotel notepad - made of simple paper, and a simple black-ink pen which I like.

And me. Simply sitting and just letting the pen make its journey on the paper.

Oh, how I dream of a tent in the dessert.

  4. It's always fun to play with a new pen and different paper. I particularly like scratch paper since the pen just slides right across it. I'm so glad you were able to take your family on a little trip. It's good to get away sometimes. I'm wishing your family has a safe and productive year coming up.
