This week's challenge is simply titled "water".
My immediate reaction was "but I've already done water last week...". Oh, well. Need to recreate water for this week as well.
So I decided to go with the "drop" shape and work inside it and around it. Here is what I've got
What a clever idea! And this is beautiful. Your shading gives it interesting depth.
ReplyDeleteSo simple and yet very effective. A single drop of water can be a beautiful thing, and yours is :)
ReplyDeleteThis is such an intriguing tangle. Beautiful line work, and awesome shading. The droplet shapes within you main droplet shape is very creative. Well done, Omer. Love it.
ReplyDeleteLove you drop of water and thanks for you nice comment on my blog. Since your blog was new to me I had to take a look around - really enjoy your many explorations on punzel!
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteYour wood burning took me back to my childhood - when we used to do simple "drawing" like this on wood
lovely water drop and great tangling within.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful drop of water and so well done shadowing!
ReplyDeleteHow interesting that you had sort of a premonition last week! Both tiles are beautiful. The water drop shape has its own grace, and you used it very nicely. Your tile for this week looks like a little world reflected in the water drop.
ReplyDeletethis is lovely. Great idea...may I copy? :)
ReplyDeleteIn art, it's not "copying", it's inspiration :)
DeleteFeel free to get inspired
